Andersborg, built 1928, was restored 2004 and 2005. It is a robust two-storeyed house in red with white corners. The living space is about 120 square-meters and well insulated, easy to keep warm with stoves and an iron-range in the kitchen. There are also electric radiators. The house lays in an open landscape in the outskirt of the church-village Karlstorp. The surrounding is mainly untouched meadowland. The house has a living room with stove and a wonderful seat-corner, a bedroom with two single-beds and two bedrooms with double beds. There is also another room with stove and a nice upper hall with a bed-armchair. Tv, radio-cdplayer and washing machine with tumbler are also available. The kitchen is big and has an old restored wood-stove, electric stove with four plates and two ovens, refrigerator and a freezer. There are fruit-trees, a covered terrace, a garage and different storehouses in the garden. Closest lake is Kolsjön, about one km by bike, with a bathing-place suitable for children and there is also a public sauna within reach by bike. Rowboat and canoe are available if noticed in advance, at the lake Bellen, 16 km from the house. Post office, shops, gas station, bus- and train connections are in Mariannelund, 15 km away.
